  I would never order from this chain, never have, never will. But, an order just got delivered to my doorstep by mistake. How difficult can it be? Now someone is going hungry somewhere and I have to discard this "food."

  Every time I've ordered from this location, the pizza is either uncut, or not cut all the way. If you are going to work at a pizza restaurant either small business or chain, you should know how to cut a pizza properly, I shouldn't have to be cutting the slices my self and finishing what I had paid for. Not only is the cutting horrible, the pizza is almost always stretched incorrectly, a medium looks like a small and large looks like a medium, and the whole rim of the pizza is smudge in, it's not even a full circular shape like a papa johns pizza is supposed to be. You would think a shift manager or GM of the shift would notice, but sometimes I think they just let it get sent out cause they don't care or don't want to train their co-workers. Until this changes (which it hasn't within the 3 years I've ordered here) then this will remain 1 star. I do not recommend this place.

  Delivery is by Door Dash - they don't tell you that when you order. Ordered at 4:59pm. Didn't go out for delivery until 5:43, strangely, the exact time I was talking to "the manager" about when my order was because when placing the order. I was told it would be delivered by 5:45. Didn't get delivered until 6:13 because delivery driver went to the wrong apartment complex first, even though the name and address of my complex is clearly on a huge sign out front. Then I had to text the driver my apartment number because he said it wasn't showing on his Door Dash app. By the time I got my pizzas, they were cold. Unrealistic delivery expectations set when ordering. And honestly, the pizzas were not worth the price or the wait! Will not order from Papa John's again!
