    I am extremely disappointed and honestly shocked by the customer service I received. The service was unacceptable. The man who assisted me the blonde guy was unbelievably rude and completely unprofessional. He made me wait over 30 minutes just to take my order and even to let me speak about what I wanted. He ignored me the entire time, and his attitude was disrespectful and totally inappropriate for someone working with customers. This is absolutely the last time I come to this location. I order from this restaurant often, but this specific branch is by far the worst. The experience was terrible from start to finish. The only positive part was the manager. She was very kind and professional, and she gave me a discount for the long and unnecessary wait. I really appreciated her help, especially because I was in a rush and didn’t have time to waste.
