I've given them plenty of chances and every time they fail every aspect. So many other places to go. Skip Paneras. Maybe in another 3 years I'll give them another chance. That's if they're even still open. Advice? Hire folks that actually want to work. Lazy indifferent and entitled workers produce low quality food and that with a BAD attitude. Even the assistant mismanager doesn't care. Maybe the Owner would? Maybe not, by their continued poooor service. Buh-BYE and good luck!

The order was correct and the necessary items (napkins straw) included without being asked for. My salad was fresh and tasty, my sandwich hot and my bagel, almond pastry and cinnamon roll -delicious!
