Came in to pick up my Postmates order which was estimated to be ready and wasn’t. No big deal, but while myself and other guests were waiting at the counter for our food, none of the employees had greeted anyone. Actually no, one woman had walked in and was immediately greeted and handed her food. Coming from a food service background of 4 years, I expect to at least be acknowledged when I’m coming into any sort of establishment and it was just really disappointing to be ignored on top of an unnecessarily long wait time (we only ordered two soups and mac) :/

🥪 Fresh food & a super convenient drive-thru Panera has become one of my favorite sandwich spots—especially for the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt. It’s absolutely delicious and never disappoints! The Pflugerville location is extra convenient thanks to the drive-thru (not all locations have one), and ordering ahead on the app makes pickup a breeze. The store is usually clean, and service is kind and professional.

Just came by to make an order I checked the business hours online before leaving it says they close at 9:00. I arrived at 8:27 door was locked & employees still inside looking at me like deer looking at headlights with.no reaction just staring. Keep up the terrible hire Panera Bread. 👌🏼

Look, I came to Panera with dreams—a vision of a glorious, carb-loaded utopia where soup meets bread in perfect, edible harmony. But alas, every time I walk in, hopeful as a kid on Christmas morning, I’m met with the crushing news: “Sorry, we're out of bread bowls.” Out of BREAD BOWLS? That’s like going to a gas station and them saying, “Oh, we’re fresh out of gas.” Or visiting an aquarium and being told, “Yeah, no fish today.” Is there a secret Bread Bowl Black Market I don’t know about? Are they being hoarded by a mysterious carb cartel? Or is there just one rogue employee somewhere, sitting atop a mountain of bread bowls like a glutenous dragon? Panera, I love you, but please—give the people what they want. I didn’t come here for my soup to sit in a plain old bowl like it’s being punished. I came for the thrill, the adventure, the luxury of eating my dish and the dish itself. Until then, I’ll be at the counter, dramatically sighing, hoping one day, the mythical bread bowl will return. ⭐⭐ (One star for the soup, one star for the dream.)

In the 15+ years I’ve gone to Panera, I’ve never had to cut my own bread bowl due to the laziness of the Panera employees. Unacceptable
