No big deal, but while myself and other guests were waiting at the counter for our food, none of the employees had greeted anyone. Actually no, one woman had walked in and was immediately greeted and handed her food. Coming from a food service background of 4 years, I expect to at least be acknowledged when I’m coming into any sort of establishment and it was just really disappointing to be ignored on top of an unnecessarily long wait time (we only ordered two soups and mac) :/
