  This location incorrectly packages mobile orders over half the time. Multiple times they have given us the wrong kind of soup, and there will regularly be ingredients missing from other items (for example, the dressing and avocado for your salad, both of which were missing from our most recent order).

I recently had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered at any fast-casual spot, and it was all thanks to Laura at the Panera Bread location on 2805 Bee Caves Road in Austin. Like many of us do, I accidentally placed my mobile app order to the wrong Panera outlet—classic mix-up when you’re in a rush and not paying close enough attention to the location picker. When I realized my mistake and reached out (a bit panicked, honestly), Laura stepped in like a total pro and turned what could have been a frustrating headache into an incredibly positive experience. She didn’t just apologize or give me the standard “sorry, can’t help with app orders to another store” line. Instead, she went way above and beyond: she coordinated with the team, confirmed my order details, ensured everything was prepared fresh at the correct Bee Caves Road location, and personally made sure it was ready for me to pick up without any delay or extra hassle. She was warm, empathetic, efficient, and genuinely cared about making it right—qualities that are rare these days. The food was delicious as always (that toasted baguette and soup combo never disappoints), but honestly, Laura’s outstanding service was the real highlight. She didn’t have to go the extra mile, but she did, and it made my day. If you’re in the Austin/Bee Cave area and want reliable, friendly service along with great food, head to this Panera and keep an eye out for Laura—she’s a superstar!   New to the area. It's been about two weeks. Based on my experience: 99% of the time they are out of coffee. Doesn't matter if it's 8am, 1pm or 6pm. I'm all for fresh coffee and not wasting coffee. It's not convenient if I have to wait every time. Today the soda machine was down. No soda or coffee. Sign said grab tea or lemonade. Both were out. Come on Panera. And the GM here is garbage. No standards! Employees wear what ever close they want, no hats or hairnets and forget anyone being friendly.
