I'm all for fresh coffee and not wasting coffee. It's not convenient if I have to wait every time. Today the soda machine was down. No soda or coffee. Sign said grab tea or lemonade. Both were out. Come on Panera. And the GM here is garbage. No standards! Employees wear what ever close they want, no hats or hairnets and forget anyone being friendly.

Tried calling the Panera store three times and no one answers the phone.
