Horrible customer service. Called them and got put on hold for 10 minutes, called back and a guy answered and he hung up on me. Called back and no one answers now. They speak bad about you in Spanish and have a horrible attitude. They dont have any information on the Monopoly reward claims and said it expired when they expire on 11/23. These employees need to learn how to do their job and go take a class about customer service!!

just had one of the most disrespectful encounters I’ve ever experienced at this McDonald’s. The woman at the drive-thru flat-out refused to take my order after I tried to redeem a free item through the app. She kept repeating that I “wasn’t allowed” to order anything else, then told me to pull forward - only to meet me at the window with pure hostility.
She said she could only take one order at a time (which makes no sense when all I was doing was redeeming my meal off the value menu). When I tried to clarify, she completely ignored me, refused to let me finish my order, and only handed me the free item.
To make matters worse, she made an extremely inappropriate comment toward my child - in Spanish - that was both rude and unprofessional. Completely unacceptable behavior for anyone representing a business, much less one as recognizable as McDonald’s.
This experience deserves serious review by management. No customer should ever be treated this way, and I hope corporate sees this and takes immediate action.

Everything takes forever here it doesn’t make sense. It’s fast food. Yet u have to wait 15 mins for ur food. Also the staff ignores u and no one speaks English. I hate no wait I loathe McDonald’s now and it’s not just this location. They are all crap now.
