Ordered a strawberry shake, didn’t get it so I showed an employee and they walked off so I show another employee and they do the same and waited around 20 minutes too

Incompetent general manager. A very sour person who is not happy where she is working at and takes it out on people. Not nice at all, it didn’t cost her an arm or a leg to let us have a simple spoon, telling us we can’t have one is fine, but being rude and disrespectful about it is another thing.

Yesterday before i bought an ice cream sundae i asked the “manager” if the ice cream machine worked he rolled his eyes and just nodded after ingot my ice cream i asked for a glass for water he said we dint have water so i go over to the soda machine and see there is water i was like ok i guess he is just having a bad day. The we ordered a happy meal for my daughter we get it and while my daughter is eating and employee comes over and asked us to move cuz they were closing off the area and i told her no since my daughter was still eating and she said its policy and i said no she is still eating and then she went to get the “manager” and he said i needed to move and i said no my daughter is eating. And we did exchange some words and he got “security” cuz all that dude did was kick us out and not try to de-escalate the situation!! NEVER GOING BACK THERE!!!!
