I have visited this McDonald’s at least five times in the last two months and I haven’t had a single good experience. During their monopoly game I didn’t get a single sticker despite ordering off the menu. I have yet to get hot fries from this location as well. The service here has been terrible. When ordering from the drive through I’ve been greeted with “what” twice now. It’s also happened multiple times where I have been handed my food at the second window with no words spoken. I understand no one wants to be at work but a “have a nice day”, “thank you” , or acknowledging a customers presence goes a long way. These employees must not be treated very well for them to not care this much.

I tried to use the BOGO where you leave a review and get a buy one sandwich and get a free one of equal or lesser value from this location. The manager says the store owner does not honor them even though they pass them out. Pretty low when they won’t even honor their own coupons.

Placed my order at 2:25am with only one car infront of me, it is now 2:55 am and I am STILL only waiting for a small high c. This is ridiculous, lady at the window looked thru the window and ignored me while I was trying to tell her I’m missing a small drink. This location has a horrible night cure fix it !!

I placed the order and when I got to the last order, the lady gave me a small latte when I ordered a large sugar-free iced coffee. I told her that’s not what I order and she said well. This is all we have. We are out then I ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit And they give me a biscuit with a hash brown. This wasn’t even my order at place. They gave me somebody else’s and the lady was rude. but because I didn’t wanna be parked like always I just took it

I try NOT to come to this McDonald's in the morning. Sometimes with the morning traffic it's the most convenient choice. The service in the morning is absolutely terrible. There's always a long line because the staff is so slow, unprepared, and unable to manage the drive thru. I was one of only 3 cars this morning. I hot to the window, she repeated the wrong order to me. I told her the right order. And she still gave me the wrong order. So I had to pull up and wait for them to get it right. How hard is it to manage only 3 orders?? Really it was only 2 orders because there was a car in front of me and one behind. Regardless I will continue to avoid this McDonald's in the mornings if I can.
