- RGRichard Gebhardt2 days ago4.0I’ve been going to this McDonald’s infrequently for many years, always for coffee, but occasionally for a quarter pounder, this time for coffee. There are two drive-through lanes and 16 parking spots for pickup and delivery services. This leaves parking for dine-in customers in the back. The serivice for dine-in customers reflects the parking for dine-in customers. While I stood at the register ready to order, I watched 4 employees, including the manager in social interaction, interrupted by occasional work. Another employee seemed to have been assigned the task of waiting on the dine-in customers. My order came up pretty quick (how hard is coffee). The seating in the front faces east and in the dinning room the windows face north. This would be a good place for a quiet start to the day, except for the piped-in music and the TV in the dinning room. I noticed that there were no homeless in the store. All of the employees seem to speak Spanish, and most seem equally proficient in English. There is no beverage bar.

I’m sure this location is understaffed — Management, please either hire more people or staff more people per shift. This is unacceptable.
