The last time I visited here I mobile ordered breakfast and upon arriving they said they wouldn't make my order. I asked for a refund and they said "just do it in the app". Unbeknownst to me, there was no way to do this in the app. I went to a different McDonald's 5 minutes later to place an order and they also said there's no way to do that in the app. So I then contacted McDonald's customer service and they also claimed there's no way to give me a refund. They are just allowed to steal your money by a fluke. Not only that but the last 3 times I visited this same location my food was 100% incorrect. I ordered a Sugar Free coffee and was handed a coffee that had triple sugar added. The time before that, the app changed my pickup to inside vs. drive thru. When I got to the drive thru, they refused to give me my food. They forced me to go inside and pick up the order from the counter. This place is absolutely filthy from floor to ceiling as well. There is food and trash everywhere. I would be surprised if the health inspector had been in been in the past 3 years. There are many more encounters similar to these, where I've had to throw away my whole order. Dare I forget to mention there is always a homeless person sitting next to the drivethru window or standing the the drivethru waiting to harass you for money. Please do not go here, this place is completely awful. I'm still in shock that customer service won't provide a refund, which is theft of services.
