  This has been my favorite location for the last 3 years or so, friendly staff. Sometimes there is an issue with the order, but mistakes happen, and the most important thing is how you handle it and thye take care of things. I usually go inside for pickup or sit down.

  I always get the Big breakfeast with Hotcakes with Round Eggs. At other Mcdonald’s i receive 2-3 Round eggs ALWAYS. I mentioned it to the Drive-thru lady and her coworker and said it’s always been one. Why lie? Could have just gotten me my round egos that are missing on my order!!

  He hecho un pedido en la máquina para comer en el magdonal y cuando me traen la orden me dicen que no tiene caramelo frappe ..ahora la bebida que me ofrecen vale menos..la máquina decía que tenían frappe..me traen la hamburguesa y no era la mía tuve que reclamar y la muchacha molesta..y ni una disculpa ..falta de respeto al cliente

  So first off wanna say NOT all McDonald’s are the same but this one is by far the sorriest! Because I’m getting off work at 10pm trying to make it on time cause they closed the inside at 11pm so my uber drops me off at 10:42pm and the doors are locked so I knock and the guy come to the door and say we are closed I said I just wanna order a medium fry, he said no we ate closed. Mind you it’s cold out side. I’m pissed. Just rude and disrespectful

  This is the worse McDonald I have ever had experienced. The manager Amanda should be fired.She is so unprofessional .I purchased a large order and they got my order wrong. Of course they always mess up your order when you go through the drive through because they know you’re not coming back but I came back. I came back to the location and advised them that they got my order wrong and I need them to replace it. I had the bag with the order number and the receipt that had a different number. Clearly showing different order numbers. When I spoke with the manager she was more concerned about returning the food. I explained that I dropped the food off to the kids I bought the food for. She proceeded not to listen or fix the situation or order. I had to drive back to the school and gather the food and bring it back to the McDonald’s again. At this point I decided this was the worse experience and spending over $45 here was not worth it. I asked for a refund and this location because of poor service lost the revenue for the food and the money I spent. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST. There are better locations or just go to Chic fil A .
