  I would like to file a complaint regarding my recent experience at your restaurant. I had to drive around twice just to place my order, and even then, several mistakes were made. I ordered an unsweetened tea, but I was given the opposite. I also requested specific sauces, but I did not receive the ones I asked for. In addition, some items from my order were missing. One mistake is understandable, but having several in the same order is unacceptable. I hope you can improve your service to avoid this happening again.

  Muchas personas adentro pidiendo comida ,no puedes comer tranquilo, pero me gusta el McDonald's, pero deberían de tener seguridad para evitar esas personas, casi todas las mesas sucias ,y algunas personas atienden a mala gana la mayoría del tiempo ,si no quieren trabajar que no vengan y ya ,uno quiere pasar un rato agradable y pasan estas cosas, que lastima que la franquicia este en este estado.

  Ordered of the monopoly menu did not get monopoly game pieces. Food is garbage as well.

  We placed our order online in advance, but when we arrived at the drive-through at night, the staff deliberately delayed giving us our food. Their attitude was very rude — they told us to move aside and ignored us, even though many cars that ordered on-site after us got their food and left long before we did. There were also homeless people gathered near the entrance, which made us feel unsafe to get out of the car to ask. Overall, it was an unpleasant and disappointing experience.
