I want to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at your store today. I placed a mobile order and, following the instructions, I crossed over to the second window, which caused annoyance to the cashier, who treated me rudely.
Despite my explanations and prolonged waiting times, I was informed that my order had been given to another person. I proved to them with the receipt that it was my order, and they reluctantly finally handed me my order, which they had nearby. I can only conclude that they did not want to give it to me.
The service was slow, deficient, and the customer attention was disappointing.
I trust that measures will be taken to improve these situations.

Food was fine. The woman at the register however, was very rude. I was waiting for my order for quite sometime. Another lady came in a few minutes after me and she was waiting as well. The employee skipped me and tried to help her, but she told her I was their first. Employee rolled her eyes and just said "what?" to me. I asked for "is there an order for Robert, it says it was ready 7 minutes ago?" She responds in an irritated tone saying "we called your name already!" Idk, but I feel like that could have been a better interaction.

This location is slow, disorganized. I ordered a single item in the mobile app, the order appeared on their screen above the waiting area, and they pretended it didn’t exist when asked about it.

Rude people had to wait 1 hour for one sandwich told me to wait and stop asking me for your food would never get my worst enemy to order here

I ordered two Monopoly menu items at a self-service kiosk, but I was not given any property pieces to peel off, tonight. When I brought my tray over to the regular register area, the cashier lied to my face, falsely claiming that they didn't participate, anymore, even though they did very recently, and they still advertise for the Monopoly game inside.
There are plenty of other McDonald's locations in Austin, and nearby, which don't act like this.
My advice: Go there, instead.
Monopoly pieces are the only reason I bought anything, here, tonight, so my money was entirely wasted. I had no appetite, once I registered that I had been tricked.
