  Paid for 10 pic Nuggets. Gave me 9. Asked for sour sweet sauce. Gave me ketchups. WTH?

  I used the last bit of money I had on my card to place a online app order. When I showed up they said they canceled it by accident. They were also very rude about it. So I didn't get to eat unfortunately

  When I think about McDonald's the first things that come to mind is a crisp bubbly sprite and hot chicken nuggets, and the staff top tier.... I was completely disappointed and caught off guard tonight I was excited for the new grinch meal and my daughter was excited to get her first adult happy meal. I should've known when the young man taking our order was huffing and puffing that this was about to be terrible. The sodas were obviously flat not sure if it was their Co2 or if the drinks I got were sitting of to the side longer than they were supposed to. The nuggets were lukewarm at best the fries had obviously been sitting under the heat lamp for awhile as they had shriveled up and were barely warm. Better off going to a different location down the street.

  Today is 12/5/2025. ​I am writing this review after a truly appalling experience at this McDonald’s location (you can specify the address or neighborhood here if you know it). The level of customer service is nonexistent, and this is, without a doubt, the worst-managed McDonald’s in Austin. ​Management and Staff Issues: ​Rude and Unprofessional: The staff is openly rude and unprofessional. They actively ignore both paying customers waiting in line and the delivery drivers who are trying to pick up orders. ​Total Lack of Urgency: There is zero sense of urgency or care regarding the efficiency of service. Orders are slow, chaotic, and disorganized, leading to long, frustrating waits. ​Communication Barrier: ​The majority of the employees communicate among themselves almost exclusively in Spanish. While I respect linguistic diversity, this practice creates an uncomfortable and isolating atmosphere for non-Spanish-speaking customers. It feels exclusionary, and it is a fundamental failure of customer service when the staff cannot clearly communicate with all patrons or appears to be intentionally ignoring them. ​I strongly urge corporate and local management to address these issues immediately. This location desperately needs a complete overhaul of its staff training and standards. Avoid this McDonald's.

  Really BAD! 🤮What happened? Used to be barely adequate, now disgusting. First, they can't even take your order correctly. Then they don't know how to handle cash. Change? Gonna need extra time and a calculator to get it right... 🤣 Then they get the order wrong in the end. And when you try to get it fixed: good luck. You'll need a translator. Questionable people working there... But the food? Cold. Sloppy. Hey maybe they should call it Sloppy Mac's! That's more accurate, at least. Go somewhere else. There's a Starbucks across Burnet Rd, and other restaurants right here in this parking lot. McD? Now more like McNo!
