While I don't like McDonald's changes, like no more drink machine for customers, less substituting nasty fatty sausage for Canadian bacon without a $1.09 upcharge, on app couldn't even change my drink from Coke as only small size selection to any other soft drink, no more outlets to charge phone while there in this modernized store, poor rewards system I already gave up on in last couple years though I use other competitors, about 20 workers in there did seem justifiable, especially since was an error in the order I received though it clearly said on receipt what I ordered. So overall, will rarely bother with going to McDonald's, as it's been last year or 2.
This review would have been 1 star, not 2, except Janie at register area, was pleasant and very helpful.

Had a very pleasant experience in this McDonald’s today. The cashier was very friendly and pleasant, greeted me with a kind smile and made sure my order was hot. Even upsized my cup without extra charge. Truly enjoy great and friendly customer service.

Ordered a meal online. Then when I got there I was told to cancel the order over the drive through window because it was past 2am when I ordered it before 2am. Yha I think I am done with McDonald's.

They got my order wrong 5 times on the same order.
Gave me a different burger, different size fries, and a 4 piece instead of a 10 piece.
I went back to get it corrected and they gave me the same exact wrong order back. Went back inside again and they gave me just the correct nuggets. I then had to go back up again and get the right burger.
I checked the burger at the restaurant but apparently not close enough because when I got home although the sticker on the wrapper was correct THE BURGER STILL WAS WRONG
Absolutely incompetent on at dinner time on 11/16.

This location stole 10 dollars from me. I have the cashier 20 dollars my total was 6.58 I as supposed to receive back 13.72 but instead I was given back 3.72 and when told I gave them a 20 they didn’t wanna take my word or check the cameras I’m not no thief and I don’t make up little things to get anyone in trouble but I pray the higher power put this location out of business workers there do not care. The homeless arounf there throw things and break the windows open while you’re sitting down trying to enjoy what use to be great meal to eat but this location has ruined McDonald’s for me never again
