  I don't know who the cook is in the morning on the weekends but whoever made my steak round egg and cheese on McMuffin needs a RAISE ASAP! This sandwich was so darn good and hot and had everything that belongs on the sandwich on it! I enjoyed this so much I wanted to tip the cook.

  Pro: The always have the same guy taking orders and he’s efficient! I know ppl can be hard on crew memebers. Managers should do a better job switching ppl out. Con: Two incidents were I came by and they’d ask for my mobile order code, and after getting it through the system the managers were having trouble so they said I’d get it refunded (it was already paid for), I never did. For the sake of the employees Ima put 5 stars. My drinks are always filled to the rim and coffees/food tastes great!

  I came in today to get some breakfast before I walked to the store. They saw me and told me I could not use the restroom because it was closed for cleaning so I placed my order and then got my food and then ate my food and then proceeded to wait for about 20 minutes and not one employee walked into the restrooms to clean them, but they had no idea that me being a Caucasian man spoke Spanish and I could hear the employee talking to all her Spanish friends that come in every morning telling them how shes not gonna let this homeless dude use the restroom first off not homeless second off. She had me sitting there for about 45 minutes waiting to go pee and then when I finally asked to talk to somebody about it, they gonna lie to me and tell me. Oh no it’s not being cleaned it’s closed because it’s broken. You can just leave. then the manager put her headset on and walked away. What kind of customer service is that?

  This McDonald’s is a complete joke and is an absolute embarrassment and should honestly be shut down or have management replaced. They cannot READ or follow the most basic instructions. I order NO pickles, EXTRA onions, simple, clear, idiot-proof. And yet every single time they screw it up. Pickles always on the burger, onions never added, or a tiny bit onion. I’m constantly forced to go back to the counter because apparently reading instructions is too hard or isn’t capable here. If you can’t follow basic directions, or assemble a basic burger correctly, you shouldn’t be working in food service. Breakfast is whatever, but everything after that is trash. Now let’s talk about the real problem this place is overrun with homeless people. They loiter inside, outside, and even walking through the drive-thru knocking on people’s windows asking for money. Some come inside begging customers for food or cash. I’ve personally seen homeless people sleeping in the dining area while employees and management walk right past like it’s normal. One time a homeless guy came out of the bathroom, walked straight up to me while I was eating, and snatched my fries. I had to defend myself, pepper sprayed him. That is completely unacceptable. Management remade my food, but guess what? The homeless are still roaming around like nothing happened. This location is unsafe, poorly managed, and disgusting. If you care about your food being right or your kids being safe, do NOT come here. Management clearly doesn’t care, and it shows. This is NOT a family-friendly location, and I would never bring kids here unless you’re okay with them being harassed while eating. If you value basic order accuracy, cleanliness, or personal safety, stay far away from this McDonald’s, unless you enjoy wrong orders, harassment, and eating in a sketchy environment. Corporate should be ashamed this location is still operating like this. No security. No enforcement. No standards.

  🧠🍟 Ask Amy Review: McDonald’s — More Jail Than Restaurant 🚔🚽 • 🚪😐 Walked into McDonald’s and it immediately felt more like a jail than a restaurant. • 🔐👀 Locked doors, tense energy, and zero sense of welcome from the moment you step inside. • 👜🎒 All the ladies working were wearing their purses and backpacks — like they were ready to clock out and run at any second, even though they were on shift. • 😬⏰ That alone told me everything about the environment. • 🕵️‍♀️🚽 Need to use the bathroom? First you have to ask permission. • 🚶‍♀️🔒 Then you’re walked to the bathroom like you’re under supervision. • 🔢🚪 They had to enter a CODE just to unlock the bathroom door so I could relieve myself. • 🚔🚨 At that point I wasn’t a customer — I was on bathroom parole. • 🤔💊 And let’s be real — if someone wanted to do drugs, a McDonald’s bathroom wouldn’t even make the list. • 🧠❌ This isn’t safety, it’s poor management hiding behind policies. • 😵‍💫🍔 Staff stressed, customers confused, and the entire place felt tense instead of welcoming. • 🕰️😑 Food may be fast, but basic human needs are treated like a security threat. • 📞🙄 To whoever approved this setup: Pick up, Farina. We need to talk. ⭐🚽 Rating: 1/5 Because when employees look ready to flee and customers need clearance to pee, you’re running a jail — not a restaurant.
