  Pésimo servicio, llegamos a las 9:36 pm y saludamos al personal pero nadie nos regresó el saludo, nos voltearon a ver con cara de molestia. El chico que estaba limpiado empezó a azotar puertas. Entregaron la orden de malas y con la caja de las papas de cabeza, así es que las papas estaban regadas por dentro de la bolsa. No nos dieron popotes ni cubiertos ni complementos como ketchup. Y además nos dijeron que no podíamos quedarnos a comer.

  The service at this location is terrible. 40 minutes for two big mac meals. Geez. I thought this was fast food. Might as well have servers and hosts so we can sit down and order. When the meals finally came they were cold. Service is slug slow, employees act as they are concrete workers doing a hard job. How can putting a burger in a bag be hard. You dont even flip burgers everything at mcdonalds is done by a robot alls you gotta do is put the burger together and put it in a bag.

  This evening at around 10:15pm to 10:30pm, we were at the drive thru and I believe the manager was assisting us. There was a man on his phone next to the drive thru window and it turned out he was picking up a Door Dash order. This is a huge liability issue on this particular restaurant and on the driver if someone were to hit him but the manager still got him his order as he got back into his car instead of waiting in line like the rest of us. I pointed this out to the employee and I asked where the manager was at. He started by overcharging us $14 for 5 McChickens, a small soft drink, and a medium soft, drink, which came out to $11.85 after tax and discount. I asked why it was $14 and he started to get upset when I reminded him of the order we had and sure enough the amount on the receipt did match to the amount of $11.85. By this time he ran our debit card through and I reminded him on the speaker I told him earlier we were going to use the app and redeem a McChicken on my rewards and that's when he lashed out at me and threatened me with violence, "to get of the car!" He completely lost it and began to verbally insult me with threats of violence, cursing at me, and how I looked. It was uncalled for. I wasn't provoking this incident as he failed to do his job the correct, legal, and safe way for his customers. He looked like he was on drugs or something because I saw him making mistakes left and right on the drive thru routine and he got upset that I called him out on these multiple mistakes. I know it is a huge liability issue against this restaurant to service people outside their vehicles and I told him about it but he still completed the order instead of refusing the service. I will be notifying McDonald's corporate about this incident because this man needs to lose his job after that outburst, him verbally insulting me, and his poorly handled situation that could have resulted in a lawsuit if that Door Dasher was hit by a customer's car as he should have refused service. I look forward to getting in contact with the owner of this restaurant in order to give more information as I did video record this restaurant employee's emotional outburst which was unprofessional and profanity laced when he failed to delegate himself in a professional manner and I have questions if he was under the influence of something.
