  Complaint from employee "you always make a mess, sir" complaint from me "I order in the lobby and you give me bagged food not a try" give lobby dine in customers trays bruh. But the food was what I ordered and was hot and served timely compared to during lunch rush or dinner rush in the lobby. Thanks for the response however that looks like copy pasted standard answer. Additional details are not needed if you actually read.

  This McDonald’s has been our go-to for years. We’ve lived in the area for 22 years, so that should tell you how often we come here! There is always a Hispanic lady who greets us so kindly and is genuinely happy to see us every time. We absolutely love her! This evening, we saw that the Grinch meal was sold out due to high demand. I asked if they at least had a packet of the Grinch salt, and she went out of her way to check. She came back with a small bag of the salt for my child, which we truly appreciated. I hope management knows they have a true gem , her customer service skills are AMAZING. What happened next, however, was disappointing. I believe her manager noticed what she did for us and said something to her about how they were out of the items and shouldn’t be giving any out. While I can’t be 100% sure she was being lectured, her facial expression and the way she looked at me and said “It’s okay” made it very clear she felt uncomfortable and I felt terrible that she risked getting in trouble just to make my child happy. As someone who also works in hospitality management, I would never discipline or correct a team member in front of guests or customers. It’s unprofessional, uncomfortable for everyone involved, and completely inappropriate. These conversations should always happen privately, not during active guest service.

  Absolutely terrible. They missed the chicken nuggets I paid for, and after an entire month they still couldn’t resolve it. Truly unacceptable. Also I did McDonald's Customer care did not fix anything, I am tried and done, never come this place again. Look at how they respond to customers just a robotic reply. I literally said in my message that I had already contacted customer service, and their response was still “please contact customer service.” It’s honestly ridiculous.

  I ordered two plain spicy McChickens right after I ordered it the first time and it was wrong. 30 minutes later I get my order and it’s wrong again. Lock in and put the McChickens in the bag bro
