- DCD Castillo5 days ago1.0Terrible customer service! Rude Hispanic guy taking and collecting on first window! Today I placed an order through drive thru and when I stopped at the first window to pay cashier never repeated my total he only looked and nodded with his head with a gesture similar to like "what". I was holding my card in my hand and said he's taking an order and just expecting me to hand him my card to pay, I want to make sure I'm paying for my order before any card transaction. He said, you know your total I already told you on the speaker anyways he decided to give me an attitude and I just asked him for my card back and asked for a manager. He said next window. So I should have just stayed there until he called her put pulled forward and asked for a manager. The manager just said I will talk to him and said I could pay there of course I said no, Im not paying for anything I'm going somewhere else and left to the McDonald's on Howard with a 100% customer service both windows!! Definitely only going to that location!

I was not finished ordering, yet she repeatedly pushed me to the window. As a General Manager in customer service, I would never treat a customer this way. When I received my breakfast sandwich, it was thrown together improperly—the bread, meat, and cheese weren’t even assembled. When I asked for it to be remade, I was initially told no. I showed the sandwich exactly as it was given to me and asked if they would accept or eat it themselves. They admitted they would not. Only then was the sandwich remade. This experience was unacceptable, and I am both dissatisfied and disappointed. I live nearby and will no longer visit this McDonald’s on E. Parmer, choosing to take my business elsewhere due entirely to the customer service displayed. No customer should be treated this way.
