Absolutely trash! the manager had a huge attitude and tried to charge me for sweet amd sour sauce when I ordered nuggets and the drive through person was too stupid to put it in the bag. The hamburger looked like it it was in an MMA fight with an employee the patty looks pre chewed. $8 an hour is far too much to be paid for this level of quality. this place should Absolutely be closed until their service and food quality is improved.

I placed order at 12:40 pm I pulled in at 1:10 got notification order was canceled due to them being out of an item. Waited 20 minute just for someone to come to the front. Customer service is trash! If it wasn’t for a bell at the front, there would be no assistance. Customers absolutely ignored. My whole order cancelled no substitution no offer to fix this issue. Nothing. oh your refund of 35$ will be there in about 2 days but you can place a new order. Yea okay, NO! Absolutely unacceptable. This is Not okay.
