  The person who took my order and the one who handed it to me were amazing! I have never received such kind treatment at McDonalds. The order was correct and warm.

  The worst McDonald's in Austin, I've lived nearby for about 8 months now. Used to live South. Used to live north work by a different one, tried to give this one time to improve and it honestly has but it's still the worst. My order is wrong about 25% of the time (it used to be 50%, so it's improvement) Whoever does their ordering does not understand their timing. At least twice. If I come and been told it's not just ice cream or cookies or pies but literally they were out of all desserts. Their fries are not the worst I've ever had but they have never been GOOD fries. They're always soggy. I was told today this is apparently the only McDonald's that "can't" upgrade a drink on a $5 dollar meal deal because this particular franchise owner won't allow it. The inside seems really clean and nice, and the staff is friendly and usually fairly quick with orders, but if you can't order what you want and what you DO order is wrong the speed, cleanliness, and friendliness are moot points. If it keeps improving, there's potential, but as it currently stands there's just always something wrong.

  this is hands down the slowest mc donalds for both drive thru and takeout. also the prices are considerably higher than your average mcd. food is same obv.

  I had an extremely disappointing and uncomfortable experience at this McDonald’s location. The staff was rude and unprofessional from the moment I walked in, including the manager, who was dismissive, disrespectful, and escalated the situation instead of resolving it. The way I was treated felt racially motivated, which is unacceptable and deeply upsetting. On top of the poor service, the food was undercooked, raising serious concerns about food safety.

  Believe it or not Yes Five stars for the first time for a fast food place in my life after leaving many reviews everywhere. On Tuesday afternoon at was going back home so my daughter was asking if I could grab a bite for her and I was near this place so I placed my order online. Right after I pulled out my truck to the speaker a member was asking me if I was using the mobile app today so I said yes, I give him my number and I drove to the first window for my receipt and all of the good stuff started at the second window went Elijah came to the window greeting me with my drink and I asked him for some ketchup with my order. Right after this he handed over the ketchup and very friendly asking me to move forward and saying that someone will be bringing the food to me. You don’t normally get this type of service in a drive service so I asked him for his names and I thanked him for a great service. Then I was waiting for my food went a girl came to me verifying my name with my order and she was very smiling and she asked me if I was in need of any sauce or any other condiments and I told her Yes some Bbq sauce would be good but she was out of bbq so I told her not to worry about it but she was insisting to go back inside and get some so I told her what also she have in the tray so she mention that she have have some hot honey and I immediately told her that’s perfect and I also asked her for her name and her name was Kimberly. Kim and Elijah are a great match for any food stand in my opinion for the amazing service and patient including the smile on their faces. McDonald’s she’ll be proud to have you guys.
