Always try to order a frappe for more than a month now. And every time I go they always say "no frappes". Smh. Why...... McDonald's. Why do you even have it on the menu. False advertisement. 🤔🤔

Worst customer experience, luckily we do have options not too far away especially at late night when there is not much out there. The staff here playing games with customer’s patience.

I had just placed an order on Doordash and was waiting almost an hour for the food, and went through 3 different dashers, they kept canceling the order, so I called the store to see if there was a problem with my order and the boy I talked to answered the phone in a rude voice and just said "hello?" No, "how can I help you?" Or "thanks for calling our store" extremely unprofessional, and then when I asked about my order, he told me they already gave out my order but the dasher must have stolen it, and when I asked if they could remake it, he told me no because they didnt want to remake it and it wasn't their fault it was stolen. I completely understand it wasn't there fault it was stolen, but they could have made sure the order was confirmed, or realize that I ordered $30 worth of food and still needed that for my family. Extremely unhappy and hope that boy is replaced.

Very disappointed! For such a high delivery and service fee, I expected better service. Unfortunately, my order was missing my Big Mac. So I am thinking to myself how are you going to get a combo prepared with no burger. Accuracy matters especially when customers are paying extra for convenience. This experience wasn’t worth the cost and definitely needs improvement!

I have been coming to this McDonald's since I was a kid. They have a new manager named David. I do not know how David got a manager job. I ordered $20 worth of food I was given three sauces I asked for a ranch and David refused to give it to me and told me I had to pay. And just as I started to dispute that I should get one ranch for the $20 of food I had ordered and then David gets upset and says fine you want the ranch and forcefully slams his hand in to my bag and grab the sauces and contaminates my fries with his dirty crusty hands and smiles and struts to the back smiling and laughing like he's invincible . I am standing there trying to call david back to tell him I want new fries after he forcefully snatched the ranch out of the bag and gives me three sauces I didn't even want and stuck his dirty crusty hands in my fries a manger should know better than to stick his dirty hands in peoples food his employees felt bad about what just had happened and asked me what I wanted to do and I let them know I want it new fries after David stuck is nasty hands in my fries if you go to this McDonald's and David is still working there you will get the worst customer service you have ever had if you still decide to go there ask David why does he decide to stick his nasty crusty hands in people's food when he has to disagreement with them. FYI: . I have never in my life have had to ever file complaint on a manager or an employee for a company. But there's a first time for everything
