I understand wanting to make the line move in the drive thru, but that should not come to the detrament of those who chose to dine-in or pick-up. When I finally got my food I had to wait even longer for someone to still attend to me, because they did not give me my cup for the drink. Update: I made the mistake of returning. One of their employees "ugh'd" while I smiles and said thank you as she left my breakfast on my table. And no, they will not "look into it" as their corporate copy/paste response says. Do yourself a favor, and go somehere else.

Once I informed the employee she had to go back in to retrieve our beverages. #2 After finally receiving our correct, full order we got home and were about to eat when my spouse opened the biscuit to place the jam and discovered the MELTED PLASTIC. I have since put in a complaint via the mobile app, and want everyone else to be extra cautious and check your food. My spouse checked the remaining egg by tearing it into pieces but out of an abundance of caution, we decided it would be best to just throw away the whole meal. What a waste of money.
