  Leaves you waiting outside for over 20min for a coffee and orange juice. When going inside after waiting 20m outside for 2 drinks, they said they forgot about it. Waste of time unorganized mess.

  Esta vez fui a través de drive through, asi Que no puedo calificarlo bien. Mejorar el nivel de inglés de los que atienden. Las hamburguesas, bueno,... El Pan es mejor en mi país.

  The lady who took our order this morning was extremely rude. She wouldn't let my husband finish ordering before she said to pull around. She had a huge attitude problem as well.

  The drive thru is two lanes. I was at the speaker in the inside lane for more than 10 minutes with no one taking my order. The outside lane continued to be serviced during this time, and 6 people who arrived after me got serviced while I was still waiting to talk to someone. I pulled up to the window to try and order there, but the lady working the first window wouldn't even open the window and just kept pointing the card reader even though I repeatedly said that wasn't my order. I ended not being able to place an order at all and just had to drive off. Terrible service at this location.

  I used the McDonald’s mobile app at this location to pick up a sausage biscuit and a large iced coffee. I regularly use the app at other locations and typically receive a black iced coffee when I don’t customize the order, which has never been an issue. At this location, I was given a large iced coffee with cream and sugar. I politely let the employee know that I had ordered a black iced coffee. Instead of helping or explaining, she responded rudely and insisted there were no notes on the order indicating it should be black. When I explained that I did not add cream or sugar, she became argumentative and aggressive, rolled her eyes, and walked away. Another employee later brought me the corrected coffee and was very friendly and professional, which I appreciated. Afterward, I learned that the app does include cream and sugar by default unless it is removed during customization, so I understand the mistake. However, the issue was not the coffee—it was the interaction. The employee could have calmly explained how the app works instead of responding in an unfriendly and disrespectful manner. This experience left a very poor impression, and due to the unprofessional behavior, I will not be returning to this location.
