Truly astounded. I ordered a chicken sandwich for delivery. Only got two pieces of bread and sauce. No chicken. How does that happen? Truly stunned. If my self-esteem is ever feeling low, I will have this to look back on.

Waited in line for 30 minutes, then they managed to get my burger completely wrong. I honestly dont understand how you would charge me an extra 4 dollars to add bacon and cheese, then completely forget that I asked 10x for it to JUST be chicken cheese bacon and lettuce. And of course I bite into the most pickled out and mayonaised covered and tomatoes filled sandwiches ever. Completely ruined my day.

The lady literally refused to help because I spoke English. Tried to take my number and receipt while me and my child were in the restroom leaving the guy who brought the food to give me a hard time like I didn't pay. This location is the absolute worst to visit just due to the customer service and the people they hired. If you dine in and expect service face to face you'll be wasting your time they will stare at you at the counter until you disappear, not caring if you eat here or not. This location is the last id spend my money on.

Bum asking for help when you roll down window to place order, then waited for 20 minutes to get to pay window, many cars just gave up and left, and we did eventually too. Something seriously wrong with the service tonight.

They take time to take your order and if they do, they do it badly with bad umor that is nothing, everyone has a bad day, but they took my order, then the person who charges in the box with a face of bad taste and this was around 5 to 5:30 pm, I asked for a happy box and a frappe pedi chiken nuggets and they gave me a wrong order with an amburg. when clearly I asked nuggets aside they did not give me the drink from the box and I noticed until I get to my house and for how slow they are it is not worth it Return to make a claim.
