I walked in, was the only person in line and the barista did not even acknowledge me for a very long time. Didn't say I'll be right with you for at least 5 mins when I was the only one there. Finished making her one drink, then began an extensive cleaning of the area, which the other staff was also doing even though it wasn't dirty since it was 830 am, instead of taking my order. FinalIy barely acknowledged me after I was there for like 10 min without being helped and being the only one on line with only 2-3 other people already having been served on the whole place. Unlike most places on SoCo they don't allow dogs so meanwhile have my dog waiting outside with no good place to be leashed up. Simply out to lunch and no sense of urgency barista. So disappointed as I was looking forward to their London fog but don't want to wait indefinitely as the only person in line while they dink and putz around indefinitely. I live a few blocks away and like their coffee but will not be going here regularly due to this ridiculous service when Jo's and Lala Land are amazing 100% of the time. Right after this I went to Kendra Scott's coffee shop where I was the only person as well as it was still early, greeted warmly, welcomed to bring my dog inside, and immediately served a delicious drink. This leads me to believe manana is the worst coffee shop on South Congress, which is too bad as I really have liked some of their coffees but it's not worth the bad attitude.
