came in today and the girl at the register had a bad attitude. I asked what drip they were brewing and she looked at me like i just landed from planet mars and said “WHAT? what do you mean?” she ignored me then rang me up. I then asked her, I just want to know what you are brewing, she looked annoyed and told me what the name of the bean was. i also wanted to know if it was dark or medium etc and she couldn’t answer and looked annoyed. these were two simple questions. that’s it.
how do you work at a coffee shop and can’t answer a simple question about the coffee you are brewing. mind you, your job was easy since the espresso machine was down today. do better.

This place is amazing! First, the employees are so nice and did a great job at explaining the menu. I was visiting from Houston and I got lots of recommendations to try this place and I can say I definitely recommend as well. Their coffee is amazing and you have to try to their everything kolache, SO GOOD. I’m sad I don’t have anything like this back at home. I’ll definitely be coming back here next time I visit Austin.
