  If possible, get the donuts while they are hot! Either way, great food and better service. And they offer a military discount.

  I was disappointed with my experience at this location. The front-end staff seemed cold and completely untrained in customer service, lacking even a smile or basic warmth. Furthermore, the pricing structure is baffling. A dozen classic donuts costs $17.99, but splitting that same dozen into two boxes of six brings the total to $27.96 ($13.98 each). An almost $10 upcharge for 2-3 seconds of extra boxing time is unreasonable.

  Ordered 4 days in advance for a delivery for valentine's day. I did a custom dozen because all of the Valentines designs weren't an option. 3 of my doughnuts weren't correct, which wouldn't have been an issue, but they didn't even reach out to let me know or give me an option for substitution. Very disappointing.

  had a very disappointing experience and I’m a. Frequent customer at this location. I had to repeat my order multiple times at the drive-through because no one seemed to be listening. There was no greeting or basic customer service At the window from the male server when I pulled up, he literally just said cash or card no greeting no goodbye no, thank you To make matters worse, after all of that, I still received the wrong order. It’s frustrating to pay for food and not even receive simple courtesy or accuracy. Customer service and attention to detail really need improvement Then look at the quality of these doughnuts……

  I ordered online. Upon arrival I was told my order was coming up. Shortly later a different employee approached me and asked if I’d been helped. I told him yes, but gave him the pickup name. He checked the tablet and said “oh that one has already been picked up.” I told him that no, I was hear to pick it up. He talked into his earpiece for a little bit and then he told me that they were out of part of my order so they were canceling the entire thing and issuing a refund. I asked him if I could keep part of the order and he said “no we’re out of most everything”. I don’t know if they were actually out of stuff, gave my order to the wrong person or were just being lazy. I do know the customer service was awful and I was never offered an apology or alternative options. And I’m guessing I’ll never see the refund for my order either.
