I originally called to ask if maybe the recipe changed because it had been years since I gotta donuts here. I picked up a dozen for my team and at first I noticed the box wasn't even slightly warm for 830am donuts. I definitely wasn't expecting HOT donuts but these looked and felt like store bought ones you can pick up at Walmart or target. Anyhow,I explained that these just didn't seem fresh and seemed almost like day old donuts would and asked if the recipe had changed. The first "manager" immediately became defensive and told me the hot light goes off at a certain time..etc.. I said I understand, I wasn't expecting them to be hot just fresh, these are very dense and taste awful. He began to argue with me to the point where I asked for a contact higher up, corporate or district and he said he didn't have that info, look it up on the Internet. And hung up. I immediately called back and Brian answered. I explained what the hell I just experienced and he puts me on hold but apparently didn't know how to hit the hold button. So I got to hear the out of breath guy that hung up on me, exaggerate ever happened lol. Literally acting as if I was yelling at him lmao. Both calls were recorded (first one was only half way through when he began making excuses for the quality) Brian proceeds to tell me they just changed the recipe 24hrs ago and their just trying to figure it out??? I explained to him again how bad these donuts are and how awful the customer service is. He also began to make excuses stating that there's no way that donuts are old because they were made from 3am- 8.... Avoid this place. I avoided this business for many years and have no problem never going back

They took great care of me even got a mocha frozen and it was delicious. Was trying to show a picture of that New York cheesecakes doughnut, but I ate it all.
