  If I could put ZERO stars I would. This location and staff member, one in particular was VERY rude and inconsiderate. I had called to see if I could place an order for next day pick up. The lady over the phone said I could or I can just come in and she told me which items I would like because they are short staffed and it would be while. I told her the three items I wanted and she said "Oh okay cool we will have those in stock, I thought you wanted the valentines day donuts, I told her No, she said you can place online or come in. I place the order online for the next day. Next day comes around and one of my relatives went to go pick up the doughnuts and when she walked in there was two other people waiting for service and a lady came out and said in a rude tone " OKAY WHOS NEXT" the people told my relative to go ahead and order, when she told the employee her name, the employee looked at her up and down and said " WHO?" and when she told her, her name again, she said "Mmmm" and walked away. The donuts were not ready at all and the employee was putting the doughnuts in the boxes, and told my relative " We don't have one of the items you're wanting." My relative ended up getting another item and walked away. This is an inconvenience and not my problem because I was told that all the items I wanted were going to be in stock. I tried calling that same day and no answer, I called 8 times and no one came to the phone and I called on Monday which was presidents day and the phone went to voicemail multiple times. This employee was very rude and did not have to act this way. Sorry you work here and are short staff, maybe pick a different job where you don't have to deal with people. Little did this lady know, we had just came from my grandfathers funeral. This employee needs to be trained better and fired. Im sure these people who reviewed this place know exactly what lady I am talking about. I filled out a complaint twice and I got an email saying sorry here's a coupon for 1 FREE DOZEN OF GLAZED DOUGHNUTS. Im not upset about the doughnuts not being in stock I am upset from this employee attitude. I should have gone in there and picked up the doughnuts myself, because I guarantee I would not be talked to the way she talked to my relative. Unacceptable. I received No call, no apology, nothing. Do better.

  Came on 02/14/26 around 11ish. Waited almost an hour to finally order and get our half a dozen glazed donuts/4 kolache/iced coffee. Ordered a chocolate milk and regular milk with my order. My daughter had mentioned the milk tasted weird and when we came home, I realized we were given expired milk… this is not ok and could have gotten my daughter sick. I get it was busy but the milk definitely should have been checked!

  The last 2 times I went to this place it has been bad. I went to drive through one night, a several months ago, and there were ants in the box! Reluctantly I went today expecting a better experience, and it was not. The place was not clean at all. Not but a few donuts in the cases, and nothing being made either. It was 4PM on a Saturday!! How does a business survive??? I will not return.

  The worst service I have ever received in my entire life, the people working there are bitter. No coffee, no that donuts, no that box, no change, no nothing. It was awful 😢
