I tried to go inside the lobby, but both doors were locked, so I had no choice but to use the drive-thru. I waited at the speaker for about a minute with my window down, getting soaked, but no one responded. I then drove up to the window and waited again. Eventually, someone appeared — I believe it was a woman — and seemed upset that I had placed my order at the speaker. Instead of helping, she closed the window without saying anything. There were no other cars in front of me or behind me, so I don’t understand the attitude. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience with poor customer service.
