Friendly staff and accommodating. I sometimes have them reheat my coffee in the microwave, they never frown upon it. All requests have always been with care, thank you for that ladies! Keep up the great work!

My fav is the ham & egg croissant. The kolaches are yummers also. I think the food should be covered tho, I dont like how its exposed and sits out all day so I like to get there as soon as they open.

I was really excited to try this Kolache Factory location because the reviews looked solid, but the experience was disappointing. When I walked in, the employee behind the counter was arguing with a customer about an order, which was awkward to witness.
I ordered three beef jalapeño & cheese kolaches, but we were given two jalapeño & cheese and one plain. The interaction also felt rushed—no “thank you” or goodbye, just very short service.
On top of that, basic supplies were missing: there were no coffee stirrers (only forks), and the restroom wasn’t clean and had no paper towels. It was a Saturday and not busy, so the lack of supplies and upkeep didn’t make sense.
The kolaches themselves were great, but the service really needs improvement.

As a person from a large family of Texas Czechs and the general Czech community, I can say that the "kolache" on offer at the Kolache Factory are some worst I've ever had. The fillings are a complete joke and the overly sweet and gummy dough is gawd awful!!
Avoid at all cost.

A nice, quiet little neighborhood shop with an interesting selection of kolaches and fresh-brewed coffee. I tried the pepperoni kolache, and the Korean barbecue croissant. Both were well-portioned and flavorful, and the Korean BBQ had a nice kick without being too spicy. I finished things off with a nicely rich cream cheese kolache and had a freshly brewed coffee to go with it all. Service was prompt and friendly and the vibe was very relaxed. They have a few indoor tables and covered outdoor deck that accommodates a few more people. This was my first visit to Kolache Factory and I plan to visit again and try some more of their flavor combos. Thumbs up from me! 👍
