  I've been going to JJs for a few years and never had any issues with owner or staff. Went in Friday for a new toasted sandwich. Noticed one of the new ladies there and I asked if she was training ok. I don't know what happened but she immediately copped an attitude, began throwing things around the kitchen. I was sitting there and several people came and went and I just asked where my sandwich was and it was just sitting in the pick-up area. Got it home and almost had to dispose of it. There was mustard smeared all over the inside and outside of the bun and it appeared to have been made in a hurry. I know the owner well and had he been there that behavior would not have been tolerated.
