  Worst experience ever at this location. Poor customer service skills, They didn’t offer to toast my sandwich, a side drink, chips, cookie, brownie or nothing. The sandwich maker made a rushed, cold & sloppy sandwich.

  Service extremely slow service staff very rude the person making the sandwich has their headphones on and is either talking on the phone or singing along to their music not paying attention took forever for them to make a basic slim sandwich with extra cheese charge me for the extra cheese but didn't put it on it when I came in to ask for a refund for the cheese I was charged for they refused took the sandwich and rudely manhandled it and gave it back. And had to wait and even more excessive amount of time to even speak to the cashier while they just stood there chatting with a customer while I'm standing in full view with sandwich and hand Anna hurry expressly told that to the cashier who did not care

  very rude took money and my food. I didn't get anything B4 you comment I already talked to your corporate and they said nothing but oh wow sorry. That doesn't refund me? He was very rude and refused to re make the soggy sandwich or give me a refund.
