  We mostly order online and get it delivered. Ordered the tuna wrap today. Delicious. It is always pleasant when Scott delivers our sandwiches. Very nice guy!

  Took 40 min to get a sandwich it was soggy cold and my job is less than 7 min away I dont get like I never order delivery from this place Jimmy John's on Burnet

  Both sandwiches had missing or extra ingredients. Sad! The tomatoes were clearly added and then taken off one of the sandwiches I shouldn’t have to open up the lid to check it before going home! The cashier also didn’t put my sandwiches in a bag for a to go order. Not sure if that takes up too much time or if it’s a new policy but they were right there. This is the problem with asking for tips at jimmy johns. Why would I tip before you’ve even made my food? If I had tipped for this service I would be furious. Not sure if the service was because I didn’t tip or if they just aren’t paid enough to care. For context: it was just me and my girlfriend in the store- no rush, no line, no time to forget. They just messed up both sandwiches for the love of the game.
