Delivery service is great. But, I can never get the Mayo, Mustard packets included...even though they are clearly printed out on the order and on the receipt.
The service of this store is the worst I’ve ever experienced and I never plan to order with them again. Long story short, I placed an order in the app and was charged for my meal though it was never delivered. No one contacted me and when I called the next day I was met with a very rude response to call back during a 2 hour window of time in the middle of a weekday to talk to the general manager. When I asked for an email address instead, I got a snarky reply.
