After multiple phone calls, I asked for a refund and to cancel the order. They lied to me saying they were already in the complex, looking for my unit. I happened to be outside and our unit is at the entry gate, so when they finally pulled in a few minutes later, I knew it was a lie. Worst service.

They did not seem amused at the notion of doing work. I will NEVER even do much as look at this place ever again. Utterly disgusting. I feel like I dodged a food poisoning bullet.
