  Check online if this store took gift cards it confirmed yes when I arrived got told that they do not accept gift cards then when ordering I asked for no mayonnaise because I am mildly allergic to them they we on my sandwich

  Got a sandwich for pick up got only 3 slices of meat I paid extra for provolone and they gave me some one elses gross turkey sandwich that has pickles and guacamole. that's not even on my sandwich I got. I legit just wasted my money because this sandwich is gross

  I had a really good experience here this past weekend, thanks to an excellent sandwich and genuinely friendly and attentive customer service. If you sign up for the app (free), you get a free Original sub on your birthday — one of the better birthday offers out there since there’s no purchase required. I checked which JJ location had the best ratings, and this one narrowly came out on top. I’ve always had good experiences at Jimmy John’s, but I chose this location based on the rating. I decided to order in person because I like to see my sandwich made and usually ask for extra lettuce and onions. It wasn’t too busy since it was close to closing time, and I was greeted right away. I showed them my birthday reward and ordered the Totally Tuna, which comes with cucumbers, lettuce, and tomato. JJ makes a solid tuna sub, and I always customize mine: extra cukes, extra lettuce, oregano, light oil & vinegar, Jimmy Peppers (love those), and of course, extra onions. They made it quickly and exactly how I wanted it — I asked for just a bit more lettuce and he happily added it. When I mentioned that I came to this location because their ratings were slightly higher than others, two of the guys nodded right away. It was clear they knew this and took pride in it. That’s a really good sign — you can train skills, but you can’t train people to care. These guys genuinely do, and it shows in their work. Also, a bonus: their bread is great, and they sell day-old loaves for 75 cents. I grabbed a couple — a few minutes warmed in the oven and they’re like new. Perfect for homemade sandwiches or garlic bread. Overall, great service, great sandwich, great bread, and a team that takes pride in what they do. Highly recommend this location.

  Didn't know my review didn't post. Came here Nov. 7th to pick up my food. While I was waiting, there was a couple before me waiting for their food. The girl heard them about to make it wrong, she came up corrected them, then the manager I'm assuming, a white man with curly hair started to mimic her and make fun of her, that was clearly audible where I as well as them heard it and shook their head in disbelief... they got their food, exited. I get my food shortly later, sit down to eat, I counted literally 3 slices of turkey. Come up to ask for more turkey on my sandwich because not even the whole sandwich had meat on it... half of it was missing meat on one end, with barely any lettuce either.... they start trying to charge me for more turkey, I told them no. This is completely unacceptable. The manager with curly hair came up, said," well it's what you ordered. It's portioned." I told him that was RIDICULOUS for a meal that cost me $18..... he took off mid way through me telling him, said" ima just give you the turkey free of charge. Don't worry about it" came back to the counter, opened my sandwich, and slammed the turkey on my sandwich, said '' Here's your extra meat. Have a good day" the previous couple ordering comes back because they didn't place their chips in the bag to which the same manager replies, well did you even order them? And starts getting a attitude with them as well. Then he starts arguing with the customer and said" you can call corporate if you don't like it," then while I'm sitting down, looks at me almost yelling, saying" and if you don't like it either, you can call corporate too. The number is right there" I finish my meal, speak to a young black gentleman with a afro who had a airpod in his ear as well, and tell him I want to speak to that man. He stays in the back, says he's busy and can't. I ask him his name, he says," we just know him as J.J.." how funny...then went to state that they were both managers.... then another lady who had came in with her daughter pulls me to the side, says the store managers name is Lisa to which she says she's also had issues with even her as well.....This is by FAR the Most ABSOLUTE DISGUSTING, WORST, SERVICE/FAST FOOD ESTABLISHMENT I HAVE EVER RECEIVED AND ESPECIALLY AT JIMMY JOHNS... Also was mold clearly visible around the ice dispenser.... restroom was also filthy with urine on the floor and clearly smelt strong of urine as well.... I will in fact be speaking to corporate because this location in general needs to be closed.
