We could clearly see bubbles forming, and it smells really bad and fermented. We immediately called the restaurant to inform them. They asked for proof, so we sent photos and videos to their WhatsApp number showing the condition of the food. We expected a concerned and responsible response. Instead, they began asking unnecessary questions — how did the food spoil? How would we know how it spoiled? That is something the restaurant should be able to explain. They also asked where we stay, which felt irrelevant and made us uncomfortable. You served spoiled food to a customer who paid expecting fresh food. We were not asking for a refund or compensation. We clearly told them that we only wanted to inform them so that other customers would not face the same issue. We simply wanted them to be aware that the food had spoiled. Initially, we did not plan to write a review. However, after the way the situation was handled, we felt it was important to share our experience so others are informed
