  Every day i patiently await the weekend for HEB seafood boil. This week was absolutely HORRIBLE, someone doused the crab legs with seems like 12 pounds of salt. I spend $100 faithfully every week on this seafood and this time it was a waste, it was so bad that I had to run the crabs under water to rinse the salt off, the potatoes were hard. Just awful. I seriously hope my pressure is ok after eating this mess!

  "No store does more than your nearby H-E-B plus!” That’s a lie! This is the only H-E-B that I’ve been to where they won’t let you in 10 minutes before they close! This has happened multiple times! I have literally been to other ones like 1 minute before closing and they let me shop, it’s not like I’m going that late to fill up my cart, it’s because I obviously forgot an item! I even talked to a manager and told them all I needed was bread and still a no even though they WERE NOT CLOSED YET! By the way, I got there at 10:50pm don’t go there if you think you made it on time, they’ll turn you away. Don’t know the managers names but they both wore classes and were both dark skinned.

  Parking lot is disgusting new paint job is needed they want to treat everybody that don't have makeup on like the homeless people that they are around there...... The manager named Cody was very disrespectful coming up to me saying calm down it ain't even that serious and to be so loud rudely after I was talking to my husband..... Assume that I was talking to his employee while he just walked up and gave me a smart remark with his back turned I guess he thought I was a 18 year old child but little did he know I was 35 and had a scream at him like if he was a child.... Little does he know I'm in austenite.. have not been on Riverside H-E-B now I know why even the return machines for the water gallons tickets does not work so he got frustrated. Side note to everything the gentleman in the front that was looking out for my basket that works there was very nice and apologized! thank you Jessie.

  You guys are terrible so I’m a Paying customer who shop at HEB here by Riverside who also goes and gets gas or get a car wash if I need to well today approximately about 2:50 P.m. on February 2 I go to get gas to put my car and I want to buy a drink at H-E-B inside the gas station. Need to go use the bathroom. I asked the cashier at the front if y’all‘s bathroom finally open he says oh no for whatever reason my manager has shut down the restroom nobody’s being able to use it, but you can call this number on the receipt which I shouldn’t have to because we’re paying customers now if it’s that much of an issue that you guys are doing with homeless people that are not buying stuff that are using the bathroom then you should really put up a sign rest for Pay customers only like most of these restaurants do It that’s what I don’t understand. Restroom shut down the whole time I’ve been doing Uber eats out here and in and I’m a Payne customer I go to H-E-B or the H-E-B gas station by what I need now the store the bathroom works just fine but at the gas station come on y’all don’t need to get y’all shit together. I don’t make no sense. I thought this is supposed to be a place of business. You guys are surely doing a terrible job.Of course you guys are “SORRY”

From start to finish, the team has always been accommodating, helpful, and understanding. If I call to say I may be delayed, they work with me and make the process stress-free — which I truly appreciate. Their produce selections are always fresh and high quality, and I love that they take care when picking items as if they were shopping for themselves. The curbside team is also thoughtful when bagging everything, making pickup smooth and convenient every time. I’ve been using this curbside service for a long time, and it has been a wonderful experience.
