- AHAlexis Hernandez5 days ago5.0I’ve been coming here since 2015 and today I had the sweetest experience the girl on register 18 luz I believe her name is was helping me out I was in the riding cart it got stuck and she made sure I got another one that did works and I think he was a vendor I’m not sure wearing a green shirt older fella glasses I think it said cider on it and he helped me grab my sodas I had a hard time getting it was just a really good experience this morning even another customer had helped me out cause I got stuck and a gentleman last year I believe his name is Josh he helped me when he saw another person getting into a argument with me I didn’t know about reviews then and helped got that man away from me as well this is the sweetest heb I’ve been to

You need to work on a respectful tone when speaking to people Donovann. Tabby thank you for your fearless kindness and listening skills. Your amazing. Heb could also be a little less ambiguous about the digital coupons. That would have prevented a lot of everything today. I also don't think someone with neck tattoos is management material. I know it's Austin bit ot still comes across as unprofessional and that's exactly how he acted.

She definitely does NOT want to be there and we all can assess that by her lack of self awareness. I get it - life is hard, we are all going through something but leave the attitude at home. It really rubs everyone the wrong way and makes customers surely not want to return. Felicia, you’d be a great employee at dollar general right down the street.
