All have been wonderful experiences. Haven't yet figured out why but the Lakeline HEB is unhelpful bordering on rude. Management really needs to get a handle on it. It's mostly the folks at the Service desk. They are just not willing to help. Just today I asked about International brand sugar free Hazelnut coffee creamer. Been out for 2 weeks. My inquiry resulted in the answer," did you see a little label where it used to be? "Didn't look," well if it's not there we don't carry it." More examples upon request if management is actually concerned.
