The customer service is excellent and even when the lines at the register look long they tend to get you through pretty fast. The garden center is also pretty robust and I always check their clearance plants for good deals. Definitely worth going during the less busy hours because it can get a little hectic, especially around the holidays. If you’re going on the weekend you should get there before 10am. The only downside is that the parking lot isn’t the best layout, so even if you’re leaving you can get stuck behind someone waiting for a closer spot and you can’t get around them.

I am already paying for the delivery so I don’t understand why the prices on goods went up as well. Makes me feel uneasy about buying from HEB. It truly is a shame and makes me feel like every company is all about squeezing any extra dollar they can out of you. I didn’t think HEB was like that but I guess they are.
