They offer no bags to carry things home even though everything I bought is wrapped in plastic, sometimes doubled wrapped. This makes no sense.

H-E-B is good and this specific location is also good but I would not recommend curbside pick up here. This is the second time I’ve had to wait 30 minutes plus to just find a spot for pick up. They need to have a better system in place or move the pick up to a bigger location with more spots. It’s unacceptable.

This HEB has a problem - with curbside and management. First of all, curbside is always super slow I’ve had to wait for 40+ min before to get my order. Today I scheduled for a 9-9:30p pick up. When I arrived at 9:18p, curbside was closed. I came inside and the staff told me they had to call management, they sent over one woman who said she had to call another manager. 20m. When the main manger came over, he refused to help me with my order at all and told me I had to come back the next day! When I said “what the hell?” he tried to demand that I apologize to him for saying “hell” or else he wouldn’t talk to me anymore. When I refused, he chose to call the police! And on the phone to the police made a racist comment about me in front of my face. This man is simply unhappy that he is expected to do his job, and is insulting and threatening a customer with police action rather than help with the mistake the company made. And still no one resolved the issue. I of course have to come back the next day and get my groceries. There needs to be a way to hold this HEB accountable for their repeated incompetence and now disrespect to their customers. And to the HEB response below: why would I speak to your “curbside team” to resolve this? Another handful of people who work under a boss who cannot and will not do his job properly? How would a “curbside team” have the credentials to resolve a systemic problem in this store? This is an issue to be addressed at the upper management level, not the “curbside team” 🙄 stupid response from a stupid company.
