Four Points HEB has been my local grocery store for 20 years! It’s large but not super large so it makes things easy to find and makes for quicker trips. The service people are always friendly and I always find what I want. The pastries and cakes are delicious and their filet minion is fantastic. I have great admiration for their culture of caring which really was represented when they stuck with requiring you to bring plastic bags or purchase them even after it stopped being required by law.

Some of the employees here are DISRESPECTFUL and trying too hard to be on a power trip instead of doing their job and minding their business. It's like they're just LOOKING FOR SOMETHING. The NERVE!!! I have never hated an HEB or felt uncomfortable at an HEB until now.

I don't know what happened to HEB but the customer service is trash. I have to always bag my own groceries even though there are 5 people standing around doing nothing. This guy named Connor literally does nothing at HEB. Anytime there are a lot of groceries to sack he just walks off. Connor has also charged me twice for some items. The checkers will leave your groceries in the bagging area behind the register. Over the last 10 years HEB has misplaced over $2,000 in groceries in this way but the cashier's will get an attitude if you check over their mistakes. The manager cannot speak English and annoys the customers with her incoherent jibberish over the intercom. The stocking is poorly done with half of the product dented, torn, or damaged in some way. Moreover it is an inconvenience for the customer to navigate around employees that block the middle of the aisle. Stockers will be out on the floor with their boom boxes playing which is probably why a majority of the product HEB is bringing to market is damaged. I am a lifetime customer at HEB and am turning to Randalls because HEB doesn't deserve my money.

I come here every other day, I live within walking distance of this store. I can’t help but notice someone is always following me while I shop, literally following me. Even watching me while I check out and pay for my items. Acting like he’s on his phone walking in circles but everytime I look up he’s watching me, it’s obvious and clear as day. This happens most of the time I come to this store and I’m tired of it, it’s intruding and 100% racial profiling. They will be sorry when I make a scene next time expose this place. Leave people alone!
