They sell you old stuff.

I was at the register putting my items on the conveyor belt and I accidentally dropped one of my apples and bruised it pretty badly. While I was debating whether I should run back over to produce to swap it out for a different one, these two surprised me with a replacement when it was my turn to pay! It was a small gesture but it really made my day that someone ran all the way to the other side of the store just for me. Keep doin what you're doin guys :)

I paid for my groceries in self checkout and tried to exit, but the wheels locked to a dead stop at the doors while several people were trying to enter and exit around me. injured my shin SO BAD i cant put weight on it. So much for being a paying customer??? why treat non-criminals like criminals simply because your sensor system isnt very accurate. FIX IT
