This HEB is busy! While I love the curbside pickup, the parking lot is crazy especially on weekends. But the staff are really great.

Their cashiers and management need more training. So I go to this store in a regular basis. I use a digital coupon there about twice a week. And I never had a problem with it until today. this cashier is ringing me up and I told her I have coupons for those three items. It's a digital coupon and you can scan it 3time. It's one coupon per item. I guess this was hard for her to understand ? So I'm standing at the register trying to explain a the coupon. Then a lower manager comes by,a husky looking boy, and this kid didn't even hear the situation automatically talk to the cashier started cuddling her. And refused to hear both sides of the story. He also refused to scan the coupon. This is my point if the coupon was not valid. When you scan it,it would say if it's not valid or it is, so why not just scan it and resolve the situation? if it doesn't work I will leave. But the lower manager and the cashier both refused, so a higher manager comes by, and I told her the same thing, just scan the coupon what's the big deal? If you scan a valid coupon does it destroy your whole system? 😆 🤣 So I told the manager if the coupon is invalid I would just move on but I have used this coupon twice a week for the last year. Why is today there is a problem? So the higher manager finally just scan the coupon. And can you believe it it was valid. The coupon actually worked. Instead of apologizing and maybe apologize for the lack of train for the Cashiers. This manager wants to double down and tell me she doesn't like my tone. I explained to her my tone might be bad because I'm frustrated that I'm standing here repeating myself over and over again. To just please scan the coupon. And the tone of your cashier management could have been better too . this could have been simply resolved by just simply scanning the coupon. Obviously talking to management is completely useless. P.S read the other reviews about customer experience with management and cashiers here lol. But I did save my receipt and is going straight to corporate.

i’ve been going to this heb for the past couple of months and it’s a good heb. it is on the smaller size, but they still have the essentials and the staff are kind. Jacob, the person bagging the groceries, is really nice.

The store looks like absolute trash today, there’s one guy putting away produce with 8 pallets of produce ( mainly concerned about the greens and lettuces) just sitting out at room temperature. Wood chips from broken pallets all over the floor, I got my wheel stuck on one and gut checked myself, it’s almost not navigable.. the shelves are barely stocked. I’m at this store three times a week and this is the worst I’ve ever seen it.
