I generally like the store and go to this location on certain mornings. I have found myself being helped by a HEB partner frequently who is not very familiar with bagging intently and tends to put items in places they definitely shouldn’t be in. I’ve had items misplaced, broken and not usable after unpacking at home. When cashiers have this particular bagger, they don’t correct that person or really step in to help. I wish this location paid closer attention to this situation. Being in the line, many shoppers have the same look about them as I do. Not sure if I’m unaware of something important to know as a shopper but I don’t want to have to change my local HEB store due to something as such.

Currently sitting in curbside waiting for my order. It's been about 15 minutes since I checked in on top of the 15 minutes I was just waiting in a line for a curbside parking spot to open up. I don't know what has changed within the HEB curbside department but whatever it is SUCKS. The waits have become so long. Sometimes I'm here 30+ minutes waiting. Yes, I know it's a free service, but why offer it if you can't be efficient. Whatever has changed recently, because this is a new problem, needs to be reversed ASAP.

Rude + un-empathetic staff… I approached staff in a group talking and the scattered. I told them my car battery died during the winter storm in their parking lot and staff refused to make announcement to store if anyone could help jump my battery… I had to wait in the parking lot that was iced over (no salt or sand put down) to find a Good Samaritan to help jump my car. Slid and fell on ice twice because there were no security measures in place to melt snow (even leading up to front doors where the main entrances were). Do better - this is NOT what HEB stands for.

After three weeks someone finally called to say sorry we know this is happening and we were too busy to call you for three weeks (they were busy one weekend for sure). To make it right call us next time you order and we’ll check it out. This is next level bad. Openly acknowledging they are not addressing a known problem and also saying you aren’t important after weeks and to make it right not only order online but call to have a second person review your order. Utterly confused by how bad of an experience this all was I ordered one thing online for pickup. One. 15 minutes before my pick up window I was alerted it was ready. After waiting the typical 30 minutes after arrival. Only this time the person came to inform me my order isn’t available. I expressed my disappointment wasting over an hour of my time when I simple text saying my item isn’t available would have been no problem. I knew it wasn’t her fault so I kindly asked for a phone call the next day to discuss. I didn’t receive that phone call I think that’s a bad experience
