- GBG BOct 31, 20254.0Recently moved to Texas and I’ve come to love HEB. They have a great selection of local products and their in-house brand quality is excellent. Only reason I can’t give 5 stars is due to their prioritization of online orders ahead of in person shoppers. An excessive number of parking spots allocated for curbside pick-up. And an army of in-store pickers for online orders with large carts that are almost always blocking aisles. For some people online orders are necessary, for most people they’re just being lazy. Don’t like seeing the store prioritize that culture. And really don’t like being stuck behind a large cart with an employee picking products. Makes for a frustrating in-store experience; especially during busy hours.
