What is there not to love about H-E-B. You know the prices will be the best. It's clean . . The one on Brodie has tons of parking. They make grocery shopping a highlight of my week.

So tired of being treated like crap. They charge you for plastic bags. I came tonight at 9pm to buy $200-$300 worth of groceries, and there isn't a single grocery cart to be found inside the store. I had to ask a customer where he found his, and he said outside! HEB treats its customers like cattle. I come there to spend all this money, and you want to bend me over on the way out to buy plastic bags?? Life long customer is officially done

I went to get strawberries and the price increased by $2. The strawberry containers were only 1/2 full. I think they took some strawberries out to make the chocolate covered ones the sell for Valentines Day and charge extra for both. Im definitely going somewhere else for my produce

Great experience every time to this HEB location.. my new location to stop around my work area. I like how the store is super clean, well organized, and super well stocked with products. Fresh produce. Vegetables, meat, bakery, tortillas!!! But the most important part... everyone... EVERYONE are ready to assist us... the guys on the Vegetables area, the people who are stocking the aisles, the managers at the register area, EVEN THE MANAGERS ( I guess they are the big ones ) who always are checking with other employees how's everything going in the store.. THEY.. they stop whatever they are doing to assist you.. Great customer service from everyone, They always are smiling, making eye contact, and really, i love that from any kind of business. The bathroom is always clean. Highly recommend. Location: This HEB is located on the corner of west William cannon and Brodie Lane. Parking: plenty free parking. Customer service: EXCELLENT!! Highly recommend.

I really don't understand how HEB is rated in the top 10 best grocery stores in the country. This has got to be the third week in a row that I've gone to a HEB to do my shopping and I had to literally just leave because there's no selection. HEB is really good about making sure that their meat and protein selection is 100% full and stocked at all times but the produce section, is a different story completely. There was literally nothing in the produce selection. A lot of empty bins and they told me that's just the way it is today and I asked them in the produce why is it so overpicked and there's so many empty spots? There is no excuse on a Sunday for them to have such an empty store. If you know that there are 1.5 million people in the Austin area and you're pretty close to downtown there should not be an empty store. HEB needs to get there marbles together. Seriously how can you sell something that's 3 days expired past the use by date?
