The employees at this store truly do not care about non service animals being brought into the grocery store. I literally just witnessed someone with a pet dog walk right by two employees who said nothing to them. It was clearly not a service animal. If you like grocery shopping with your dogs, this is the store to do it at.

This location is massive which is a blessing a curse. You will be any to get everything and anything you need here, if you can find it! It's got a good layout so it's not too bad but sometimes I struggle to find more niche items that I know are there just not where. They also have a delicious sushi station, and a very large selection of prepared meals.

One of the workers, named Marshall, racially profiled me, my sister, and my mom. From the moment we reached the checkout, his attitude was rude and disrespectful. He was tossing our items carelessly into the bags and acting irritated the entire time.
When he got to the sodas, he said rudely, “I don’t need it — get it away,” instead of simply scanning it. My sister wanted to pay separately, but he ignored her and just threw her things in with mine. The whole experience made us feel uncomfortable and disrespected.
No one deserves to be treated this way while shopping, especially not because of how they look. I hope H-E-B takes this seriously and addresses this behavior so no other customer has to go through something like this again.

We were in town while on vacation and found out that they don't provide bags of any kind unless you buy bags from them. Theu said Travis county banned bags. But before this stop we shopped at a Whole Foods about a mile away and they provided paper bags at no charge. We'll the next time we're on vacay in the area to not shop at an HEB in Austin and Travis County.
