Excellent service. We were basically given a VIP walk through by Tamara, one of the kitchen managers, to where all the good dips were. She even helped us get a good deal with a coupon and recommended her favorite dips. Totally above and beyond

A good selection of choices and often more expensive items than at other HEB locations e.g. a gallon of HEB Organic 1% Milk is $5.90 at several HEBs and $7.10 at this location in the same time period (days). More seriously, this particular HEB is not disability friendly. The parking lot is huge and it still shares spaces with other busy retailers nearby. Count on waiting or lucking up driving around. They do NOT have enough disabled parking spots for the percentage of disabled customers who shop at this location. Even worse is I have never once been there when I didn't have to wait for a disabled motorized cart and still will get ones that run out of charge somewhere in the store while shopping. Furthermore, the staff is generally unfriendly or disinterested in helping disabled customers find carts when there are none available in the store; it's because they have to walk that giant parking lot looking for one. I have more than once recommended they RFID tag them and use an app to track. I'm sure there are some commercial grade apps out there that would work. The last problem has to do with the ability to navigate narrower aisles compared to other HEBs and the general layout which creates difficult turns and angles to see and operate. I have found some staff located in various departments to be more helpful than the upfront staff. Even there I would add the personal shoppers are not generally observant of disabled shoppers and often block whole aisles or sections with their giant moving shelves ~ Update a day later: I took away a star because of the insincere AI response as if I haven't already called their central customer service line. 😒

Who doesn't love HEB, Kyle location was awesome. Cashier went over and above and called for assistance with getting my firewood and logs to my vehicle. Christmas trees are gorgeous but highly pricey, 9' fresh tree 900.00 ...yup ! In Texas! As if it's going to live to see Christmas...lol

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to give a shoutout to Isaiah at the H-E-B Mueller! He was super helpful and friendly, went out of his way to help me find what I needed, and made the whole shopping trip easy. You can tell he really cares about the customers. Thanks, Isaiah — people like you make the store a great place to shop!

Overall this store is convenient but differently not friendly, the energy within is shared with fellow staff and not customers, my experience was waiting while I watched bakery staff have a good laugh and overlook me, as the customer I waited for their playtime to end. After I was assisted, not even a thank you, thanks for your patience, just handed my items and returned to playtime. Maybe the staff should recognize the customer service industry they are apart of. My opinion, this store is over rated bc of the location but not measuring up on service.
