What do you expect an old guy to do when your restrooms are down for “maintenance” at the beginning of his shopping and near the end? Next time, maybe I’ll just leave a basket full of groceries and go find a place that doesn’t put their restrooms out of service for an extended period of time. Also, I use the H-E-B app and what it showed as available versus what was actually in the store differed quite a bit. and, the box of dog treats that I got looks like it was opened and then taped back up because the lid bulges upwards, so I suppose I will return them. Good grief.

Even though the store was crowded because of the cold upcoming weather, they had a lot of workers checking people out and the lines went very quickly.

Been waiting for my dad's medicine to be delivered literally. 08 of a mile. Placed the order at 115pm to be delivered between 2 and 6 pm and his meds are still at the store. Don't waste your money for delivery service, I usually love this store but today changes that completely. No calls no updates but they sure took the delivery fee fast enough. The delivery service is horrible anyway more often than not my food was delivered to the wrong room. 6 hours and 30 minutes to not find someone to drive less than a mile. Really disappointed 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

While checking out in the express lane I was waiting for an employee to come and verify my ID a guy by the name of Doug eventually got around to clear his fingerprint he starts with the caucasian male closest to him whom was in front of me then he decides to skip me and help the Caucasian male behind me instead of going right in order meaning I should have came next but instead I came last I felt very offended and was wondering why he chose to skip me and help the gentleman behind me as a African American woman that just don’t sit right with me at all hire better people who doesn’t see color when doing their job!
