Quality of produce and delivery/curbside pickup has been terrible for at least 2-3 months. Receiving spoiled meet and produce either at the time of receipt or it spoils the day after and cannot use. This has happened with pork chops, ribs, steaks, lettuce, strawberries, apples, watermelon, pimento cheese, veggie trays, and also pre-packaged deli meats. Frustrating and expensive.
In addition to the above, I am changing pharmacies. I question the training of the pharmacy staff as they typically are unable to even pronounce my medication order, yet help me understand why the auto-refill does not work and the app requests appear to be not coming through or they are ignored. It always takes me weeks (yes weeks) to get a refill of anything. I have had two prescriptions for pretty non-special medications that were out of stock and both times, more than one staff member informed me that they didn't "have a clue" when I would be able to receive them. I was even told in one instance to contact my doctor to find a different medication, but in that long process a random auto-refill happened and they called me that it was ready, the original prescription I was told was unavailable. Dangerous practices for a pharmacy. I would stay clear and find somewhere else to handle important life impacting medications.
