- JSJ SFeb 25, 20261.0Usually great selection and polite workers all around the store but today was an exception. Today at checkout I had an item that was labeled as a “price cut” and did not have a coupon. Since it didn’t have a coupon I went ahead and took a picture of the price tag as proof just in case it didn’t ring up as it was advertised. At checkout it ended up ringing up as regular price and although I had the screen shot the cashier (older Asian woman) would not give me the discount stating I needed the coupon. I went ahead and showed her the screenshot of the price cut tag and she still wouldn’t change the price and was really rude about it huffing and puffing. I ended up having to go grab another olive oil and take it to another checkout line to be rang up with the correct price. Anytime I see her as a cashier I will not checkout in her line. I feel like she could have been a little less rude and tried to at least hear me and figure out the problem instead of rudely disregarding me in front of other customers and the bagger. This is also coming from someone who has worked at Heb as a cashier as well in my younger days. I was really polite about the situation but was not met with the same energy. I come here all the time with my daughter and will continue to do so, just please talk to your cashiers about doing the bare minimum.

They always have salespeople standing at the entrance pestering you while you’re just trying to buy groceries. I really dislike this location. Unfortunately, it’s the closest one to me — I’d much rather shop at Randall’s.
- CHCristel HdzJan 21, 20265.0Fui hacer mi primer orden de door dash Al pagar me equivoqué y el cajero se molestó le pedí disculpas Después con mala actitud me dijo que ahora tendría que llamar al manager Al principio pensé que el manager sería rudo Pero cuál fue mi sorpresa el Sr. Joseph fue extremadamente amable me ayudó cada paso Fue muy eficiente solucionó mi lamentable problema , en esta HEb no dan bolsas y el me ofreció bolsas fue genial fueron gratis ayudó a poner mis compras en las bolsas le comenté que era mi primera vez haciendo DoorDash me dijo que no me preocupara que me deseaba muy buena jornada y que pronto nos veríamos otra vez Porque claro que seguiré tomando más órdenes Y en verdad encontrarse con personas amables cómo el manager Joseph alegran el día Y más porque yo soy hispana y lamentablemente aveces sufrimos racismo en áreas de personas blancas Dios lo bendiga señor Joseph !!
