- OROtis ReverbDec 31, 20253.0As HEB’s go, this one is due for an upgrade. Very little selection of meat, a bakery so small that it’s easy to miss, smallish produce section. Reminds me a little of the Congress and Oltorf HEB prior to its resurrection as the Colossus of Austin.

Not a lot because I would rather drive further to not get treated terribly. This morning an elderly Asian woman was throughly annoyed by my mere presence and having to stop from cleaning a soda fridge to assist me with a single HEB coupon that wasn’t working. The loud huffing and puffing could be audibly heard through her mask. I did apologize for inconveniencing her. Which was met with an eye roll. And of course there wasn’t any manager on duty to document this incident. So, I’m pretty sure this is going to fall on deaf ears yet again. But really y’all need to send your staff to the escarpment village location to see how better their staff is and hopefully get some retraining or clean house.

- TTTamaraDec 13, 20255.0This store is unbelievable, I had no idea, so clean and organized, they didn’t have HEB’e, where I lived prior to this….I wouldn’t shop for groceries anywhere else, if I didn’t need the other items that Walmart offers, one -stop shop! Prices are better too Employees are friendly, you can actually find someone if you have a question, unlike the competitors!! Employees seem to be happy working there!!! There’s also ALWAYS A MGR. , (normally Justin, when I’m shopping) around to help and he makes sure after dark, that ppl are safe in the parking lot!!!! Highly recommend!!!!
