- JSJ S2 days ago1.0Usually great selection and polite workers all around the store but today was an exception. Today at checkout I had an item that was labeled as a “price cut” and did not have a coupon. Since it didn’t have a coupon I went ahead and took a picture of the price tag as proof just in case it didn’t ring up as it was advertised. At checkout it ended up ringing up as regular price and although I had the screen shot the cashier (older Asian woman) would not give me the discount stating I needed the coupon. I went ahead and showed her the screenshot of the price cut tag and she still wouldn’t change the price and was really rude about it huffing and puffing. I ended up having to go grab another olive oil and take it to another checkout line to be rang up with the correct price. Anytime I see her as a cashier I will not checkout in her line. I feel like she could have been a little less rude and tried to at least hear me and figure out the problem instead of rudely disregarding me in front of other customers and the bagger. This is also coming from someone who has worked at Heb as a cashier as well in my younger days. I was really polite about the situation but was not met with the same energy. I come here all the time with my daughter and will continue to do so, just please talk to your cashiers about doing the bare minimum.

They always have salespeople standing at the entrance pestering you while you’re just trying to buy groceries. I really dislike this location. Unfortunately, it’s the closest one to me — I’d much rather shop at Randall’s.
