    Nos encantó el lugar. La comida es de primer nivel y la experiencia en general fue muy buena. Sofía, la mesera que nos atendió, fue amable, eficiente y siempre estuvo atenta a nuestras necesidades. Su servicio fue excelente. Sin embargo, hay tres puntos que creemos deberían mejorar o que al menos nos tomaron por sorpresa: 1. Al llegar, sirven agua y preguntan si se prefiere natural o carbonatada. Algunos pedimos agua carbonatada sin saber que al final tiene un costo de 6 dólares, cobrado como si se hubiera consumido una botella completa. En realidad, con una sola botella rellenaron mas de una copa. Sería importante aclarar este cargo desde el inicio. Por ese precio, conviene más pedir otra bebida. 2. Durante la comida, varios meseros se acercan a ofrecer diferentes cortes de carne. Yo en varias ocasiones pedí ribeye y camarones, pero tardaron bastante en traerlos. De hecho, los camarones llegaron casi cuando ya estábamos por irnos y solo trajeron seis piezas para todo el grupo. Varios nos quedamos con ganas de más. 3. Éramos un grupo de 8 personas y entendemos que se agregue la propina automáticamente. El problema es que, por la forma en que presentan el cobro, “algunos” no se dieron cuenta de que ya estaba incluida y terminaron dejando doble propina. En mi humilde opinión, estos son detalles importantes que, si se corrigen, harían que la experiencia sea excelente en todos los aspectos.

    Better location than their previous spot in Round Rock. The service was mostly attentive per most Brazilian Steakhouses. The buffet and meats were solid, but nothing that really jumped out. The grilled pineapple did jump out at me and was amazing, which I haven't had prior. It was a pretty standard dining experience with little really standing out.

    Okay first visit here but I've been to many Brazilian steak houses...and either this one is either poorly managed or the waiter we had just didn't care. We walked in and the hostess gave us a table with a dirty tablecloth...the waiter saw it and changed our table so no worries right...wrong..that was the last time we saw him until it was time for the check... we literally had to ask one of the servers walking around with grilled meat in their hands for assistance...they sent a young lady over finally but she was either new or just overwhelmed because she forgot absolutely everything. I had to ask for the cocktail menu then she only brought my drink...and forgot my wifes for almost 15 minutes...had to remind her otherwise I'm confident we never would have gotten it...they never refilled our water glasses and never asked if we wanted another cocktail although all glasses wete empty...the servers hardly ever came to us...wasnt sure if it was because we sat by the window or if it was because we sat next to a large family...they would go to the large family multiple times then walk away...I guess you shouldn't sit by large families there or next to the window or you will be forgotten. For a first visit it was pretty bad...food was good, when we were able to get some...I dont think the bad service was intentional ...like I said it's probably poorly managed or just bad servers but it still cost me 200 bucks...and believe it or not I had to flag down our initial waiter who left us, for the check because our female waiter never came back...still tipped because it was Christmas...will just never go back but decided someone in management probably needed to know this so they can get better.Good luck

    I just celebrated my 26th birthday here and it was an amazing experience! They handled my celebration with so much care and compassion and it turnt out wonderfully. Everything I asked for was accommodated and they made my birthday so special! My guest even enjoyed themselves as well and spoke highly of their experience. The manager is so kind and has amazing customer service, I highly suggest this place for any special event. You’re in great hands.

You can feel his standards reflected in every interaction throughout the restaurant. Sofia, Heizi, Alberto, Justin, and Anthony each delivered service that was not just excellent, but memorable. Every detail was anticipated before we even had to ask. Plates were timed perfectly, drinks never went empty, and every interaction felt personal rather than transactional.
