I just went in to pick up my to go food order and watched as the manager on duty (middle aged Asian woman) accepted a baby from what I’m assuming is her daughter while she is expediting food. So she’s playing with an infant while handling your uncovered food. Excellent. Glad we learned something in our manager servsafe course. If that’s their standard of cleanliness, understand that they aren’t passing on or enforcing standards of cleanliness to their team. Won’t be back.

She recommended us to try the Cheesecake money bags. Highly recommend. Super creamy and super fresh. Will be coming back soon.

The food was well priced and delicious she was very knowledgeable about the options and help me decide what I wanted to order. This experience alone was so great I'm more than ready to make this my regular lunch spot for the foreseeable future 10/10

And then our food was brought very promptly and politely by Henry. Also the food was picturesque. It's not easy to find such great customer service and great tasting food hand in hand. - LLLaLa416Nov 4, 20251.0I was so excited to try Fire Bowl. I had received a menu in the mail and had been craving it for weeks. My husband surprised me by taking me for lunch. There was a man ordering at the kiosk and a man in front of us ordering at the register. The female employee took his order and then turned her back to us to make boba tea. She, nor any other employee acknowledged us. All she had to say was " I'll be with you in just a second" or ANYTHING along those lines. Instead we stood there and stood there. I didn't feel comfortable enough to order from the kiosk because I had never been there before and had questions about the menu. We stood there ignored for so long that we decided to leave because we didn't want to order from a business that made us feel so uncomfortable and unwanted. Will never know if the food is good. Don't ignore your patrons. All you had to do was acknowledge us and we would have gladly waited.
