They were perfectly toasted and it was a delicious meal to have before boarding our flight. Service was super friendly and very quick! Highlyyyyy recommend these bagels! I went for the cheddar jalapeño bagel with jalapeño cream cheese . So delicious! Now I wish I had had them outside of the airport, I’m sure they’d be even better!

Upon returning to the counter, a lovely person asked if they could help me and I told her I did not want my bagel toasted. And she happily said oh I can fix that! And she redid my bagel for me then I told her my coffee was not hot after putting cream in and would she please microwave it for me and she said they didn’t have a microwave so she steamed my coffee and made it nice and hot for me. This person‘s name is Micah (supervisor) she keeps the customers happy with Service with a smile and she’s real asset to your company.

I was standing in line and Marisca let a coworker go right in front of me and had a five minute conversation about moisturizer and I was standing probably at the computer for about three minutes and no one said anything to me. I’m a server and this is just so rude and so beyond me, and when I got my smoothie, Marsica then slid it over to the point where it almost fell off the counter.

We ordered a toasted bagel and it took 20 minutes - no exaggeration- we started timing it. How can it take that long at an airport?! We got the order and it was cold not toasted at all. When we told the staff they made us give the order back and wouldn't refund us. A waste of time and money. Go literally anywhere else when at the airport.
