I walked up to the register to order another gentleman walked up right before me and was greeted and asked what he wanted. But he needed a minute to think about what he wanted So I stood there and waited and nothing happened while Two employees are right in front of me clearly know that I’m there Ready to order, but they continue to just wipe shelves down The whole experience took five minutes for me to just walk out And before I did, the guy that was right before me looked at me to say go ahead, but I walked away I got a delivery to take, and I’m not going to continue to wait when I could’ve been helped immediatel. He acknowledged that I was waiting. And I see why it’s completely dead in there And that should be another reason Why your urgency and customer service should be top-notch
