- QMQ Mendez5 days ago1.0Not sure why this is rated so high it was an awful experience. Like Starbucks where they take your money right away and lock you in a long slow moving line. You can't see the menu because they come to your vehicle and it's rushed so loading the menu on your phone doesn't really work. There is a weird merge and people don't want to take turns. They don't give or offer a receipt and that seems like an issue if your order is wrong. Now to the coffee, this mocha latte had no flavor and resembles hot flavor less milk with no caffeine kick. We bit the bullet and just went to McDs, at least I'm ready for work now :/

I stopped by the drive-thru at 9:45 pm to order three shots of espresso over ice. I was informed that the espresso machine had already been shut down and was offered a blended drink instead, which wasn’t what i was looking for. Being unable to order 15 minutes before closing is frustrating, especially for a coffee shop that advertises late hours. This is my go-to location (as I usually go before work) and I’ve consistently had friendly service and positive interactions in the past, which made this experience stand out and especially disappointing. I hope this feedback helps ensure consistency for customers arriving before closing time in the future.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
