She always greets us like she hates her job. Then, she’s talking to other people on her headset, doesn’t get our order correct, then repeats the order very aggressively when she initially got it wrong. She comes off very abrasive, rude, dismissive and unprofessional as she is not listening to the customer and laughing with whomever she’s talking to on her headset.
