    On two separate occasions I was served by what seems like a new employee as we have been coming here for years and ive never seen her before. She always greets us like she hates her job. Then, she’s talking to other people on her headset, doesn’t get our order correct, then repeats the order very aggressively when she initially got it wrong. She comes off very abrasive, rude, dismissive and unprofessional as she is not listening to the customer and laughing with whomever she’s talking to on her headset.

    Do you like to wait? Are you a person who likes being ignored? Head into to the Belterra DnD, it has employees that make it clear they HATE you and they HATE Dunkin’ Donuts. A terrible experience to be served sandwiches that are cold in the middle and taste like microwaved plastic can be had by anyone with ten bucks and a penchant for abuse. Yur gunna hate it

    Placed an order and they didn't even have the donuts in stock! Had a craving for Boston cream filled donuts (5 of the 12) just to be disappointed upon pick-up). Never had issues with Krispy Kreme delivered
