However, I ordered “Happy Birthday” letter donuts & our son’s name in letters for a pick up for his birthday party. Paid for it. Zero communication and it just wasn’t there. I was told they would issue a refund once it wasn’t so busy. So far no refund and no response. I’ve called at least 10x and texted the only other number available. This was frustrating and disappointing. Will never pre order again as it’s not reliable. Master donuts is FAR superior if you’re looking for birthday letters or something custom to order ahead of time.
